In conclusion, There are some causes and risk factors of adolescents developing an eating disorder, among these are pressure from the family to be thin, and to excel to be perfect, Society has an effect on them to be someone they are not, to be compare to someone else from their peers especially form the opposite sex, sexual abuse, and self doubt.
